Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bloom Hand Store. We specialize in authentic Korean products and strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products

  • Personal care items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a full refund if a replacement is unavailable

Please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting customer support.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will provide return instructions

  4. Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at mariamkaram0309@gmail.com.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled
